MOA Ratification date has been set for Tuesday, March 23, 2021. Voting will be in person at the times noted below and if you cannot come in person you will have an opportunity to vote via zoom at the General Meeting at 4:30pm.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
Ratification Details:
9:00am – Ratification meeting will be called to order on zoom. Member attendance is not mandatory at this time.
IN PERSON VOTING OPTIONS FOR MEMBER CONVENIENCE AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
City Hall: 9am – 2pm
Engineering Operations: 9am – 12noon
Canada Games Pool: 1pm – 2:30pm
Towing Office (Queensborough): 9am – 10:30am
Parks Yard: 6:45am – 7:30am
CUPE Union Office: 10:30am – 2pm
4:15pm – Meeting registration closed.
4:30pm –Members must be in the zoom meeting by 4:30pm in order to vote. Meeting will be closed. Voting will commence shortly online via zoom, you will have 10mins to cast your vote.
4:45pm – Results of Ratification will be announced.
4:50pm – Return to regular Agenda for General Meeting.
