The purpose of the meeting is to adopt the STSP premiums for 2025. If adopted the premium vacation will end and the new premium rates will be applied starting the last pay period in March (PP-7). The new rates are lower than the previous year because of the ESA requirement for the Employer to cover the first five instances of sick time.
