She enjoys meeting new people and learning new things, which is one of the reasons she started to take an interest in the Union. In 2019, Tabitha was appointed to complete the remainder of the retiring Secretary-Treasurer's term; and in 2020, she was officially elected to the position for a 3 year term, and re-elected in 2024. | |

| Executive Director | Zaria Alibhai | Public Engagement | Zaria has been working on the City’s Public Engagement team since 2021. Through her experience working in the field of community engagement, she has developed an appreciation for the importance of building trust, and finding common ground as a path forward for decision making. She was elected to the position of Executive Director in October 2024, and looks forward to adding to the diversity and strength of the union in the City. |
