CUPE 387 is now accepting nominations for our 2026 elections taking place at the Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, April 28 @ 5pm at Queen’s Park Arena.
Nominations:
Advance Nominations: will be accepted until 10:00am Tuesday, April 27, 2026 via the
2026 CUPE 387 Election Nomination Form.
In-person Nominations: will be accepted from the floor at the time of the election.
Self-Nominations: will be accepted from the floor at the time of the election. (no online advance self-nominations will be accepted)
Nominees and nominators must be in good standing with the Union. All nominees will have the opportunity to address the membership in-person at the time of the election.
Positions up for election:
Full Time Officer – 3 year term (*this position may be up for election again in 2027 pending approval of the bylaws from CUPE National)
President – 3 year term
Recording Secretary – 2 years remaining of a 3 year term
Treasurer – 3 year term
Three (3) Executive Directors – 2 year term
One (1) Trustee – 3 year term
